Do I need to create an account to buy?

No account needed. After purchase you'll receive an email with a direct download link. The link is yours permanently — no expiry.

What format are the guides?

All guides are PDF files, readable on any device — phone, tablet, laptop, or e-reader. The layout is clean and print-optimised if you prefer a hard copy.

Can I print the guides?

Yes. All guides are designed with printing in mind: clean margins, high-contrast text, no filler imagery.

How do I receive my download after purchase?

You'll receive an order confirmation email with a download link. Click it and save the PDF to your device. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

What is FURKNOW15?

Can I buy more than one guide at once?

What if I'm not satisfied?

If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days at hello@furknow.com and we'll sort it out.

Are the guides updated over time?

Yes. If we publish a significant update to a guide you've purchased, we'll send you a new download link at no charge.
