If a guide isn't right for you, email us at FurKnowledge@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll make it right — including a full refund where appropriate. No long forms, no hassle.

A note on digital products

Our guides are delivered instantly as PDF downloads, so they can't be physically returned. Because of this, we review refund requests individually and in good faith. Telling us what didn't work helps us improve every guide.

How to request a refund

Email FurKnowledge@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the issue. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Download or technical problems

If your download link didn't arrive or won't open, contact us and we'll resend it or fix the problem promptly — that's on us, not you.
